Pictured below is a cargo trailer which has been converted to be an Eastern PA mobile demonstration unit for the folks at Hitorc. This formerly white trailer received a full 4 sided vinyl wrap. Our 3M certified install team wrapped the rivets tight so the wrap appeared to be painted on. Some shops are not familiar with proper rivet techniques and remove and replace them during the install. This rookie move may affect the frame alignment and integrity of the aluminum panels. A properly installed trailer vinyl wrap actually seals in the rivets which offers an added benefit of eliminating those ugly corrosion streaks often seen on trailer sides. Covering the rivets with graphics surely appears nicer than a silver dot pattern of rivet heads interrupting your message.
