Chilly nights have arrived, leaves are tinged yellow, and there’s a certain familiar scent drifting through the breeze. Fall is just beyond the horizon, and the beginning of school is the kickoff. What better time to celebrate school spirit? That’s exactly how the Northwestern Lehigh School District feels, as they embarked with us on the wrap process for their athletic department transportation bus.

A school bus is a daunting vehicle not only to wrap, but also to design, but our team is never one to shy away from a challenge! Our team needs to consider things such as reflective striping, legal regulations, and sponsor spaces from the get-go to be sure that everything is perfect. This is why our designer, Alex, made sure to thoroughly look the bus over, kept a detailed log of everything to account for, and made sure to check with those who know the bus best for any details she may have missed. She worked closely with Dr. Troy Sosnovik, the Assistant Superintendent, through the design process to turn their dreams into reality.
To keep the school bus wrap looking cohesive and intentional, our installation team worked the material into the rub rails that cover the entire length of the bus. This was an extra step that really took this project to the next level.

The design is impactful, evoking school spirit by working within the Northwestern Lehigh school branding, and highlighting their long-standing Tiger mascot. Wrapping something so big, we had all of our installers on deck working against the clock, but we were able to finish things up for them just in time for the long weekend. Catch the first-of-it’s-kind bus at Friday’s Boys Varsity football game, where we hope to see them keep up their victory streak!
Go Tigers!
